Horseman Lost Bug - No Progress or Compensation?

This bug has been happening for months. You put the Horseman cross-fight on someone, and you come back later to find that it’s gone. It’s been happening for more than 6 months now, and all there is to show is that it’s “Under Investigation.”
Today, that bug happened to me in the Abyss. Of course the first thing to do is to write to support and have them help. Sadly, they could only say that there is a bug and that it’s not fixed, and that there is no guarantee of compensation because of lost resources resulting from the bug.
Is anything going to be done about this bug? And if not, is there anything to show for the countless revives that have been used (and not compensated) because of the bug?
