Like the title says, he isn't gaining his persistent charges like he should. I expect this will be ignored like the rest of the issues, but I figured I should at least post about it.

    I am having no problems with Apoc. He absolutely wrecked the Mutant EQ on TB. I gained all charges. Made a horseman. And even got more charges again before boss.

    Would you be able to let us know what game mode you were in, who your opponent was, and who was on your team? Or if you have any video of the issue occurring? This can help us to look into and try to replicate what you're seeing.
