Why didn't I get my 300,000k valor for passing normal 100 percent?what is going on?

I got my 100,000k for just passing it but dident get my 300,000k,why is that?

    Hey Hygghu, the 300,000 Valor from Normal difficulty is awarded for fully exploring Chapter 3 of this event quest, so if you fully explored that chapter before exploring the other chapters in the quest, you wouldn't have been awarded extra Valor for fully exploring the quest.

    If it seems like you're missing the Valor from fully exploring Chapter 3, you can send a ticket to our support team and they can look into it for you. You can reach them by clicking the "Gear" icon in the top-right corner of the game's Home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
