OG Vision's synthesis Post 17.0.... Bug or Nerf?

Move if you must but I have to bring this to @Kabam Miike attention. OG Vision's synthesis has been significantly nerfed post 17.0. Is this intended or a bug? Awakened, his synthesis would start fights with roughly a bar and a half of power. Post 17.0, his synthesis is triggering a quarter of a bar. If anyone else in the community has noticed this issue, please chime in with your thoughts and experiences since the patch.

I just fought him in AQ, he gained very little on the opening synthesis, but all the rest after that seemed to give him as much power as normal

Last OG Vision big took 6 months to fix... hopefully this one is faster.

Interesting. I haven't gotten the chance to do more testing with a full duration of a fight. This sounds like a bug if that's the case.
