I really don't get the thought process behind your sales team. You would think you want to make money...not turn away your fan base.

Learning from it in the future translated to we aren't doing anything this time around. This is a kick in the teeth. To think that your cavalier fan base wouldn't see how horrible these deals are. Thanks a lot.
