I think you just have had bad rng. But, I have had a few fights where I have performed three heavy attacks and only inflicted one stack of bleed. Just bad rng

First try cleaning your screen. This most likely will do nothing, but it is always a good rule of thumb. Second, restart your device. It may just be your phone having a squabble with the app, and a good reboot is all that is needed to fix the issue.

@Ketchup1791 OG Captain America is a great counter to Mordo. His fatigue debuff makes it possible to parry Mordo and get in a full combo. But I agree with you, they have been all but left in the dust.

@Underparwanab It happened to me yesterday while going through Halls of Healing. It isn't a major issue, but one I hope Kabam will take note of so that in the future it can be prevented. I must mention that it only occurred for a short amount of time, and after performing some of the fights manually it went back to normal.
