Dorm and Bishop taking thorn damage from korg

I noticed this a little while back but I didn't think much of it. There's a poison path in variant 2 chapter 3.3 that has a korg on it. To me the best counter would be dorm but he's taking thorns damage? Why is that happening kabam?
