Profile and alliance frozen

in Bugs and Known Issues
Whenever I try to go into my profile to change pic check prestige etc...it freezes also anything to do with alliance also just freezes is anyone else having this issue?

    Hey there, I would first recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android. If that doesn't work, our Support Team may be best equipped to look into things for you. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
