Still waiting on reward from Heralds of Galactus?

I know they relased the announcement that those who did a Heralds of Galactus quest for the second time (and didn't get their rewards) would be given their reward. However, it's been over a week now and I am still waiting on those rewards. Has anyone gotten theirs yet? If not, anyone have any idea what the timeline is for this? I really don't think it should take a week + to give back rewards.
