My crystal dissapeared

so i was opening a GGC and the game bugged as i opened it and so i exxited the game and came back and the crystal was GONE, i know i have to send in a support ticket but how do i do that?

    I've had that happen to me. Whatever it was you got out of the crystal probably got sent to your stash.

    @magnus_xix nothing there no new ISO or anything i just didn't get anything so how do i send in like a ticket?

    Once you click on it, the item would automatically go to your inventory. So if you encounter any technical or internet issues, you won't lose out on your item.
