Issue with Side Event: In-game, game crashed, I lost my token

Guys, please do something about these game crashes man. This is freakin ridiculous and borderline embarrassing.

I'm in the side event, already spent my token, about to port to the first fight (NC) and guess what? You game crashes. Guess what? I lost my token.

Now I cannot fulfill the last milestone by any means because of the way your dev's setup this side event.

Please 1. fix the crashes by using a reliable infrastructure that isn't on-prem and 2. give me (and others) who have been effected by this our tokens back so we can then 100% the objective

    Hey there, for something like this, our Support Team would be best equipped to look into things. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
