Hey guys,

I saw that he no longer applies a Vulnerability debuff, but rather a Fragility debuff. Is this just a cosmetic change, or did the values actually change, or perhaps the whole mechanic behind the change of the debuff ?

Just wondering, since there is no patch notes in the official thread, where I could read up on it.
