Mr. Fantastic Pre-Fights Not Working

Using Mr. Fantastic against the AQ Map 5 Human Torch Mini (2nd one), and I activated all three pre-fights, but when the fight started, Torch didn't have any debuffs on him. I revived and tried again, same issue. The persistent charges are gone, but no debuffs.

I have video, just not sure how to upload them.

I used the same strategy in the AQ yesterday without any issue.
