    Unfortunately, the leaders of Russia and Belarus are being very naughty at the moment and a lot of companies don't want to (or downright can't) give them any money by doing business with them any longer. That in turn leads to certain services being shut down.

    Hopefully things get sorted and the two countries are welcomed back into the international fold eventually, but this is where things stand right now.
