Problems with Kabam Support

I have had an accidental use of an item, a 6* generic awakening gem to be precise, and I have issued two tickets but I had no response to them for 4 days now, so I'm wondering what's going on since on other tickets I've issued I got a response in a day at the latest. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

    Hey @Dragon_SlayerND13, we don't have access to in-game accounts here in the Forums so unfortunately, we're unable to assist with issues like this or check the status of Support tickets.

    Our Support Team always aims to reply within 24 hours, however, their response time depends on several factors, including how busy they are and how complex your issue is.

    Submitting further tickets about the same issue will not lead to a quicker response. I recommend being patient in the meantime. Rest assured, they'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
