Herc back to 100% health in EOP?

I got him down to 20% health in EOP and now he’s back to full health? Is this a massive bug or what? I won’t bother with him again if that’s the case.

    This is what I see right now. If this is a bug, it is the worst I have seen in the EIGHT YEARS I have played this game.

    No restart. Just healed up.

    I felt the cap subconsciously but yeah this is probably the situation.
