Ipad pro not loading into a fight

anyone has an issue with going into a fight and screen is flashing and never loads? I reinstalled the game and took it off game center and still same issue. I m using an ipad pro and is updated. @kabamcrashed

    If u have sound u do enter the fight its just the loading flickers

    Yeah, it enters the fight but the loading screen for the fight isn't going away but hovers over the fight. So you just get a flickering loading screen and can't do anything.

    same IPad pro. game tries to load. you hear the fight. but it stays on the load screen and flickers

    Yes, I’m an iPad Pro user and having the same issue. Things are working ok on my phone.

    Same. Fight IS happening. Just got wrecked (I presume) in a BG fight while the screen just flickered. I can hear the sound happening fine.

    Bit of a crazy bug. I’ve also wasted resources going into an AW fight, it did the loading screen bug. I restarted, revived and then the same thing happened again. Thereafter I started testing other fights and realized none are working.

    I really hope the bug fix is out tomorrow because it’s my last chance to do the Kree SOS objective. 🤞🤞🤞

    Bit of a crazy bug. I’ve also wasted resources going into an AW fight, it did the loading screen bug. I restarted, revived and then the same thing happened again. Thereafter I started testing other fights and realized none are working.

    I really hope the bug fix is out tomorrow because it’s my last chance to do the Kree SOS objective. 🤞🤞🤞

    I know they're working towards the fastest solution possible, however, if you have another device like a phone you could use, that may also be an alternative to this situation.

    If not, a less than ideal workaround is to make sure you are screen recording and then start the fight. Once you're in you can pause and turn off screen record, but this would give you access to do that fight if need be.

    The other workaround is if you're plugged into your computer and able to reflect the screen like through OBS or Quicktime or something like that, this also seems to prevent the issue.

    I’m having the same issue as well. I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and that did not help.

    Workaround and maybe help kabam troubleshoot it. Before starting fight start screen recording once past the screen and the fight starts pause fight and stop recording. You can now resume fight normally. As long as recording is on before starting fight it doesnt do it. I dont want to have to record and delete every fight for very long but it works for now.

    would've been nice to have been warned in game about this before the update was applied. You guys knew about it but still put it out. You don't see the problem with that?

    I have this problem, don't play on another device and don't know how to screen record. Just auto-lost a few fights in Arena. This isn't good.

    Same issue, what is even crazier are the requirements to submit a ticket now. It was asking me for the original date of creation, amount of first purchases, where the account was created, etc. My account is around 8 years old, how am I supposed to remember all of that just for a support ticket?
