App freezes when trying to gift [Merged; Under Investigation]

Hi, I don't know if it's just me but my game freezes when I try to gift and forces me to close it. Is anyone else having this issue?

    So with the new lunar things, and gifting event, I’m trying to gift and it freezes as soon as the gifting screen comes up it feeezes for a long time and I have to force close my game and it just does it over and over again

    Hey there, would either of you be able to let us know what devices you're using, as well as what version of your OS you're running and the version of the game you have installed? Thanks!

    I'm using the moto g5 plus with os 7.1. And I have the latest update for the game
