Cannot claim alliance banquet milestones

Banquet bugs
I opened 2 jubs I got one selector from 1 then the second one it landed on a trophy selector where the crystal stopped on it but glitched to the t5 I have clips of both so yall can review it
Is anyone else also not able to claim any rewards?
I spent $50 to top up my banquet event as a low spending player. I was able to get the points and all but can’t claim the rewards. Does anyone know what’s happening, sorry I’m stressed, $50 is a lot to spend on a mobile game for me. :(
