Guardian. At 5/65 or Rank 2, he can do almost 3 million damage on an SP2 if every hit crits (see data here). This video shows him taking out ~1.5m X-23 in one go. Obviously this very impractical and in any normal gameplay he will not do this amount of damage... but you asked for the biggest SP2 that is currently attainable…

6* R3 Ghost and CMM both take around twice as long - around 16-18 seconds in a perfect situation. Which is still crazy fast for a fight that used to take 100+ hits and a dose of patience with Medusa.

Sig 115... in theory it would’ve been possible to do even more damage at max sig. I got to 240 charges by taking the Rage path (which coincidentally is also the longest path) so I was able to bank a bunch of 40-hit fights.

Actually now that I mention it... ramping up a 5/65 Venom the Duck in Heroic mode is actually a very difficult thing to do.

Not a Cull player.
