In terms of bad, like villany I like OG thanos. He seems smooth and he hits decently hard. As for bad champ that I enjoy using in-game, gotta say BB. His stuns and armorbreaks combined hits quite hard.

I think the 3rd party thing only applies to modding/hacking or using a modulator. Things like external chatapps is a gray area I think. And I think you can connect a PC to a mobile to use that for streaming by crossing them.
