Unable to claim rewards

After defeating 10 mercenaries in event quests I went to claim my crystals & was unable to claim them. I went to the stash & attempted to claim them there & they appear together with my unclaimed mutant combat rewards which it won’t let me claim. Is anyone else experiencing this? @Kabam Miike

    Yes. It’s combining a couple rewards. Try and claim them and the game crashes

    Not only is it combining rewards, it's combining crystals I opened during the down time as well.

    Hopefully the dev's see this so I don't need to post this in a ticket at a later date to get my iso... I don't even care about the sig levels on 4 and 3* I got.

    Hey there, we're aware of this issue and are working on ways to resolve this and compensate for the other issues that occurred yesterday. We have some information here and will keep everyone updated there once we have more info to share on this.
