What does it mean? You only get altitude charges if shocked incinerated or degenerated?
or now you get charges every 2 seconds? Whats going on?
1 energy damage?

    Pretty crappy move by Kabam to make this change during a time when the game is bugged. As if removing champs with True Focus wasn't enough, they want to remove more champs that can be used in war.
    Honestly, just makes people hate war even more.
