Daredevil HK Stick’s Apprentice Bugged???

Kabam… I think DDHK’s entire relation to Debuffs is broken…
DDHK has an ability line that says:
“+x Attack Rating for each Non-Damaging Debuff on the Devil of H.K. This bonus decreases by 5% for each additional Debuff.” Practically 25% extra Attack that stacks weaker bonuses.
When the guy has more than one Non-DoT Debuff on, his damage practically gets worse with each Debuff. (And no, there is no Resonate Mastery or Weakness whatsoever or changing Armor/Resistance values).
Basically:
x=1 Non-Dmg Debuff -> Noticeable Dmg Increase
x>1 Non-Dmg Debuff -> Dmg becomes worse
x>~4 Non-Dmg Debuff (Impractical Rage Stacking/Knull matchup) -> Dmg “increase” breaks and stops working properly for the entire fight, even when all Debuffs fall off.
So far I tested this with specifically no Furies against RoL fights and a random Knull (for Non-Dmg Debuffs).
I could obviously be wrong though and maybe it is somehow intended and has been for ~2 and a half years…

I picked a fight with Overseer, in order to rack up debuffs (Special Concussion) that shouldn't otherwise have any impact on DDHK's Attack rating.
I used a 3/30 Daredevil, as I needed a low-PI version to get a long fight. Non-critical Light attacks inflicted the following damage:
Zero debuffs - 131 damage
One debuff - 153 damage
Two debuffs - 152 damage
Three debuffs - 151 damage
Four debuffs - 168 damage (! It went up!)
Five debuffs - 167 damage
Six debuffs - 166 damage

The ability is this:
The wording is pretty clear: Each debuff grants him additional Attack.
This is definitely one for the team to look at.
For reference, this was in Practice mode, and In on Android using a Mi 5G Lite.
@MegaSkater67 btw...
Come to think of it I’ve only ever noticed DDHK get an Attack increase when he gains a Fury buff - OP raises a valid point. If this gets acknowledged as a bug then this might be the fix he needs.
++ I have always been intrigued by @Kabam Miike ‘s response saying the team were happy with where DDHK landed - is it possible that this bug doesn’t exist on their test or pre-prod environment?
I took my 5*r5/sig 200 out, with just kingpin as an easy way to get debuffs. And the numbers depressed me…
So, starting off - light hits with a Rage do 650 damage. I decided to stay in Stick’s Apprentice to see what happens…
Notice the light attack damage has dropped (ignore borders, sorry bad editing)
And it’s still falling.
Is DDHK’s damage getting worse over time?
Did a test with a 5*r5, max sig, on a team with just kingpin and no boosts. Not running SM.
In the end, I was doing 50 points of damage (think there’s a minimum floor) on a light and 78 for a medium. Just doing MLLLL combos along with Kingpin synergy to gain Rage on blocks. I gave up after 700 hits as he was hitting like a 2*. And that’s not an exaggeration, as you can see from the image.
Stick’s Apprentice is definitely bugged and needs investigation.
@TheBair123, damage bottomed out at 50 for light, 78 for medium and didn’t drop any lower. It hit that apparent bottom floor somewhere between 300 and 400 hits but I kept going until I lost interest at about 700.
I experienced the same on iOS and was too lazy to pursue. Just benched him.
