Shuri receives passive poison, while dexing, when facing Nico Minority (Buff immunity). Sinister takes burst damage on launching SP1, while suffering from bleeds, when facing lizard. Are these Bugs or Working as intended?

Not getting rewards for finishing up in monthly quests.
They show on the screen but haven't paid out.
Special Quest: Spider Egg bugged
I just ran through the new side quest and completed it with both spider verse heros for the first part and VTD tfor the second part. It did not complete the quest Spider Egg. Many other people in global are also saying they are not getting the reward for the challenge.
