**UPDATE - iPAD STUCK FLICKERING SCREEN**
The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

    Fighting Magneto can have that effect of not allowing power drain to happen with Vision's specials with his Magnetized ability. It could also occur with other defensive reducing ability champs like CB and BW, but I see this happening many times when fighting Magneto.
