AOU Vision is not stealing power or draining power with his SP1 or SP2. On iPad pro.

    Fighting Magneto can have that effect of not allowing power drain to happen with Vision's specials with his Magnetized ability. It could also occur with other defensive reducing ability champs like CB and BW, but I see this happening many times when fighting Magneto.
