Handling FALSE accusstions and bans

We had a member falsely accused of violating the terms of agreement, resulting in a 1 week ban for him and a HUGE hit to our alliance.
We have spent time, money and resources to stay competitive in war. We have made it clear from the beginning that we don’t allow piloting of any sort to be part of our alliance.
We have a member who swears he has not shared his login info with anyone, nor has he signed in for anyone.
Submitting tickets to Kabaam is pointless, every single one, sent from anyone, gets replied to with the same 3 boiler plate emails, and the case is closed without any actual answers or communication.
This is unacceptable. There needs to be st minimum some explanation if not proof. Without it, I feel we are being robbed of the money we’ve put into competing in alliance wars.
