Skill sentinel shrug off time bugged?

Doing map 5, and I just fought a skill sentinel who shrugged off my parry stun almost immediately. It is supposed to only do so after a “short” 1 second delay that is still in its description.
Not a big deal, except it is annoying how things get changed without informing the community. anyone else facing this too? Will try to get video proof next.
