Red Hulk issue? Lose life instead of recovering

In the description of the character it is said that with the special attack two burns caloric charges to recover X amount of life. I have tried to do it and I have taken the unpleasant surprise that instead of regenerating life, it loses it.

Can someone else verify this issue? My Red Hulk is five stars and it is not duplicated.

1) its heat charges
2) were you on a node that reverses healing?
3) were you fighting a void that inflicted at least 2 petrify debuffs on you.

@TheSquish671 @Championcritic It has been in the alliance war. I played against Angela and against Venom. Instead of regenerating life, I have lost between 5 and 10% of it.

Are you using recoil?
