Suggestion: a daily quest that rewards a crystal similar to quest completion crystals. The easy path could reward a map 3, and the hard could reward a map 5 or similar. To make Sunday special, maybe introduce a third path suitable for uncollected players?
It's also a good time to fold expert in with [easy|medium|hard], IMO. Everyone knows that it's there now.
