in Bugs and Known Issues
Since the new update everytime I toggle between apps (MCOC to Line to MCOC) the games disconnects and needs to load again.

This didn't happened before. Seemed to be at least some time before it happened. Now is instantaneous.

Same if the phone goes to blocked screen while in game, it disconnects when you unlock screen again.

I have a Pixel XL.

    Yes!! It's annoying. Use to have a few minutes or never for it to kick you out. If my screen blacks out, I'm kicked out and says disconnected. What's even worse is the load time is getting longer and longer. So it's not a quick jump back in the game.
