Bug with rhino when using AA

It's hard to replicate this bug so i can't get a video. Anyway so i was using AA against rhino, had one neurotoxin about to expire, and it happened to expire just when rhino dashed at me. Rhino was stunned mid-dash but the unstoppable did not go away. It only did after a few seconds after the stun expired. Anyone else happened to encounter this bug?

    Oh yeah and it was in occult labs hard mode. Buffs rhino had were: stupefy, 50% regen, defensive
