Hi Kabam,
Howard the duck was one of my first pulls in thw game. He is fun to use sometimes, but surely not the best.
However, if you guys add/modify a synergy for him, guess this will make him a favorable choice for many players; a synergy that allows him to stack more SP1 debuffs on the opponent. Say, 15 or even 16 stacks rather than 4!
