Let’s break the ice

So, I’ve made it pretty clear that I don’t play iceman very often, meaning, like slim to none, but I was doing epic occult lab, and my ice armor wasn’t breaking when I took over 5% in my block. Does it not interact this way? That’s kind of lame, but any long time icemen have any clue

I was fighting a falcon, no lock on on, no node reducing ability Acc

Yes it is supposed to only cap the damage when you take a direct hit
