We've got a 6 million alliance that has just pushed into Gold 3 (was Silver 2 and 1 previously). We run two groups with Map 2 and one with Map 4 (pick whichever you like) and are active and organised but relaxed. I've just made a recruitment thread on here, but I've also added you in game.
