Your opposing alliance can place symboite, so are your alliance too. It's fair arrangement.
Enjoy the game and try to tackle the challenge.

The symbioid may take +200% more damage, but he still has at least 5 times the health due to local nodes, etc. so that extra damage doesn't really make that much difference tbh.

Yeah it does. Because his health is still manageable. 5x a his 30k health is 150k health which is impressive except in actuality you have to remove 2/3 of that health to account for him taking triple damage. So in reality it’s closer to 50k health.

Even a 20k health champ with the 5x health is 100k health with all the durability and no glaring weakness and useful defensive abilities presumably.

In actuality it’d take a 10k health champ (1/3 his health) to be considered the “same” noded health due to the sonic vibrations.

It's just a rough average. The point is, he still has a sizeable health pool and around the attack of a 5* 5/65 so him getting kills is not impossible, assuming mistakes were made anyway.

Just came across one on our defence, after dying to it myself I had an alliance member who was coming up to me on the line test his damage in the fight prior to it vs the symbiote fight, not a spit of difference indamage dealt by the summoner whatsoever. Yep he’s naturally got a much higher HP pool but the sonic vibrations effect doesn’t work at all for defending symbiotes. Gonna stack a few on our defence next war no doubt in my mind.

So the guy posting this is only level 53 and has 4* as his profile. To anyone with experience the sym would not be a challenge. To lower skill level players the intimidation factor of the large health pool and attack probably seems unfair. Even with sonic vibrations giving them extra damage it will seem like an incredibly difficult fight

I'm reviving this because I just fought an r5 symbiote on the arc over load node in war and got my butt kicked. He is not taking any extra damage the global either isnt working at all or is only working when hes used as an attacker.

I've killed 4/55 duped IMIWs on this node with less problems then the symbiote.
