5* Blade still worth R5?

After the possible upcoming war changes (mainly the addition of more bleed immunity), would a 5* Blade still be worth R5? I have Act 5 100% done and do not plan to do a LOL run any time soon. I use Blade mainly for war attack which is why I ask this question. He is duped.

Blade will still get danger sense, still does crazy damage imo
took on node 29 with a r5 blade without causing any bleeds, that danger sense did all the work
