are champions like void and proxima only good if theyre duped? should i use my respurces to rank them up or focus on champions like rulk, nebula and guillotine?

Proxima is great with or without the dupe. Void definitely needs it though. Rulk is probably the best option you listed, then proxima, then the other 3
