Help selecting best heroes for 5.1 and 5.2

I’ve been stockpiling catalysts and can take one champ from each class to either a four star 5/50 or a five star rank 3. I want to try to become uncollected so I need to find the best champs for acts 5.1 and 5.2 and the collector. I don’t want to rank up the wrong champs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Five stars (all unduped): rank 3 - GP; rank 2- Killmonger, captain Marvel, Wasp, Ultron, Elektra

Medusa, Blade, Cap IW, Hyperion and Iceman. Hulk would have been great for the Collector but he needs the dupe.

I have a generic awakening gem. Is it worth awakening Hulk just for the collector? Is it worth taking Luke Cage to 5/50 instead of cap IW or Void for the collector?
