Looking for an active alliance for retiting players

I’ve been around for over 2 years now, I’ve seen it all, I’ve done a lot of competitive game and I’ve been in high tier alliances now I’ve been really busy with life and as much as I love the AQ and AW grind I got no time. But I do like to login at my own time and grind arenas and monthly events so getting rewards for that wouldn’t be bad, so highly active alliance the focus mostly on grinding solo events would be nice.
