Glass cannon. I run glass cannon and no willpower and my champs destroy anyone sure they loose a bit of health but it makes their damage OP my 2* Iron Man Classic usually lands a 3k sp2

Depends on your play style. If you're more likely to get hit, GC may be less suitable. It really doesn't make the biggest difference but I prefer WP as I am a more defensive player.

And Glass Cannon, for me Suicide mastery is perfect when you have in your team best players, Blade, Corvus Glaive, Domino and others. So... If you wanna make a poll don`t make with Glass and Will... Glass Cannon 3/3, Willpower 3/3, Coagulate 3/3 and after that open the suicide mastery.

110 to 160 health per second sounds good until you realize most debuffs clear in 1-2 seconds.

I keep trying to find an argument for Willpower, but the numbers don't add up.

The "Seatin/end the fight fast" method does more to maximize health.
