Is he worth rank 4 Unawakened?

I have a rank rank 4 KM already and was wondering if it is worth taking Sabretooth to rank 4 as well.

    There's a thread open about all of the things he counters. He really doesn't need his dupe for offense but it's nice to have. Not just the regen but it beefs up his ability accuracy ... really only useful against Domino. That Void, Killmonger, and ST trio is amazing.
