Is Dr. Strange worth taking to R4 as a 4 star?

So I see that Dr. Strange has been well received by the community as a 5 star even after he was nerfed to the ground awhile ago. Since people are loving him as a 5 star, should I take my awakened 4* DS to R4?

He is only situational now. If you have to ask, there are probably a bunch of other mystic champs you should rank before him.
