Earning a character on VS Mode

After several Battles by lengthy hours to find how not earning a character is normal. How about offering a 6- Star champion on a 3-star battle arena on VS Mode. So far I have only an overpriced package for 2000 shards for not a lot for your money. How about giving something fair to the customer for a change. Is customer satisfaction to hard to come by nowadays or is Marvel fair to the punter who puts their money in for a cause.
