catalysts not showing up in inventory after accepting rewards

Can anyone help me. I dont know if this is a glitch in the game or whats going on.

Problem: Catalysts are disappearing when receiving quest rewards.

Example, today I had 2 tier 4 cataylsts in my inventory. when i completed a quest the rewards said I was receiving 2 cat tier 4 catalysts. When i accepted the rewards, i went and checked my inventory. I only had 3 tier 4 catalysts.

2 in inventory plus 2 that i won should give me 4 in inventory. however i only have 3.


Now this has happened before when I would win xxx number of tier 3 catalyst, complete a quest that gave you a teir 3 catalyst. When I was accepting the rewards it created a catalyst plus the catalyst i won, so i should have added 2 full tier three catalysts to my inventory. The same thing happened. I only had received 1 catalyst in my inventory.


Tier 4 catalysts are much harded to achieve, and this is why Im emailing for help. I don't know if it is a glitch or whats going on, but I am not receiving all of the catalysts that i win from rewards in my inventory.

exited game and rebooted phone, no luck

It's a display error that happens when you form a catalyst from quest rewards. You formed 1 but it displays 2 in error. It's a long running issue,

thanks for the post. if thats the issue, it happens way to much. I didn't car much when it was a tier 2 or 3 cat, but started to care when it was doing that for tier 4 cat.
