Is be supposed to be able to evade regular attacks when his suit is offline?

    Yeah his AI for evading special attacks. He has a 3% chance to evade normal attacks above 50% health which increases to 10% below 50% health but only if he is duped. If he isn't duped it stays at 3% for the whole fight.
