Alliance Not Showing Up On Login

I am an officer and last week and someone messaged me asking if they were kicked from the alliance. I double checked and nobody was kicked, this person rebooted and saw the alliance correctly again. This week a different member asked us the exact same thing.

This didn't happen to me personally so I have no screenshots, is this some kind of visual bug? Any other alliance members having this issue?

This issue is still happening after the last update. Last night two of my alliance members couldn't see alliance info and thought they were kicked but nobody was kicked. Here's some pics of the issue.
