Yes u heard it correct! For current meta Rogue needs buff! Her damage output at R4 5* is lower then 3* maxed Hyperion!!
May be just a small tweak like !
Every life steal gives her x% amount of attack rating for rest of the fight. (Passive furies) max stack 5.
Every power steal gives her x% of crit damage rating.
Max stack 5. (Passive cruelty stacks)

    I like her the way she is now. Not every champ has to be a heavy hitter. She's got plenty of utility. There aren't many power control champs that are also sustainable like her. Plus she can always steal fury, which will increase her attack rating. Ever tried her on a rage node?
