Inventory - Item display error

I know this sounds silly and unbelievable, but my signature stones have turned into strange multi-coloured potions, and my master difficulty key has turned into a lvl 3 health potion. They still retain their intended use, they are just shown as an incorrect image, thought I'd bring it to attention:
