agent venom still bugged in lol

its been over 1 year since ive completed lol and i just ranked 5 another champion this time it was sparky so i took him qmd my other 3 r5 5* into the lab for some fun i got to agent venom and realized he is still bugged and transfers that incinerate charge when he strikes at the air, not "striking you" as the description of his enigmatic says. it transfers to you as if dexterity was considered "being struck". this should be fixed its been bugged even longer than that and before someone says its always been like that it hasnt idk exactly when but between 12.0 and last october it became bugged.
